Main Trial
This ride is our favorite. Taking you along the Kabeljous beach, around the lagoon, through the nature reserve to an adventurous river crossing. An experience of a lifetime in horseback adventures. Duration plus or minus 2 hours.
Beach Ride
A little more relaxed and shorter, taking you to Kabeljous beach and back. This ride also caters to those that aren’t as confident and gives you the added option to be led by one of our guides if needed. Duration 1 hour.
Pony Walk
Suitable for all ages. This ride is specifically for children, but don’t be discouraged if you are an adult. On this ride, you will be led by one of our guides all the way allowing you to relax and just sit on a horse while you get to admire the beauty of our Kabeljous Lagoon and the surrounding nature. Duration 40 minutes.
Sunrise Beach Trail
We offer this ride in the warmer months of the year for all you early birds that feel adventurous and want to experience a beach ride with the rising of the sun and all the sounds and colours of nature that come with it. Right here in Jeffreys Bay. Duration 1 hour.
Sunset Trail
This is our Main Trail which sets out on horseback later in the afternoon and brings you back at sunset. What a great way to finish your day with an experience to talk about all night long. Duration plus or minus 2 hours.
Private Ride
This is our ultimate riding experience here at Featherfoot Horses. This ride is designed for individuals or small groups that are willing to take their experience to the next level. Whether you’re an experienced rider who wants to go for an exciting canter along the beach or just somebody who wants a more personal intimate experience, then a Private Ride is what you want. Duration One hour or two hours to choose from.
Special Occasions
Whether a birthday, anniversary, engagement, honeymoon, photoshoot, or whatever the celebration, we can offer a package for you. This will include a personalized horse ride coming back to a private picnic with a food platter and champagne. Or we also can offer a personalized ride that can take you along Kabeljous Beach and back up to a beachfront restaurant.
